Exchange & Refund Policy: Your Guide to Hassle-Free Rescheduling

At ReadySetWork, we are committed to providing you and your team with a great learning experience. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can get in the way. If you are unable to attend a scheduled training, we are here to help.

Please read our policies and guidelines below.

1. Class Availment & Rescheduling

To ensure your learning continuity, all courses must be availed of within 6 months after your payment date.

Rescheduling Your Class: If you cannot attend your registered class due to a valid reason, you may reschedule to the next available class date.

  • Valid Reasons: Class postponement by ReadySetWork, calamities, travel issues, or major illness.

  • Rescheduling Limit: You are allowed up to 3 rescheduling requests within your 6-month availment period.

  • Forfeiture: If you exceed the 3-reschedule limit, your payment will be forfeited. This can be waived only in extreme circumstances, such as a force majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns).

2. Non-Attendance & Transfers

Non-Attendance:

  • To avoid forfeiture, please inform us at least 1-2 business days before your scheduled class if you are unable to attend.

  • Failure to notify ReadySetWork of your non-attendance will result in the forfeiture of your full payment. This can be waived only in extreme circumstances, such as a force majeure event.

Transferring Your Enrollment:

  • You may transfer your enrollment to another person at any time within your 6-month availment period.

  • To process the transfer, please submit a written request to your coordinator for processing.

3. Refund Policy

Before requesting a refund, please consider these alternative options:

  • Attending another schedule

  • Exchanging for another course of the same or higher value

  • Transferring your enrollment to another person

If the alternatives above are not an option for you, a refund may be requested based on the following guidelines.

A. Refund Processing Fee:

  • Cancellations due to you: A 15% Refund Processing Fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations by ReadySetWork: No processing fee will be charged.

B. Refund Eligibility & Procedure:

  • Refund requests are only valid within 30 days after payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days after we receive your completed request form and all required documents.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Request for Refund form.

  2. Submit the following supporting documents:

    • A formal letter of request on company letterhead, stating a valid reason and signed by an authorized representative.

    • The original copy of your bank deposit slip, transaction slip, or sales invoice receipt.

    • A copy of a valid government-issued ID.

Please note that for company-paid classes, the refund check will be issued directly to the company.
