Receptionists are the face of every business. This training builds confidence, polish, and communication skills to handle clients, guests, and daily challenges with ease.

Module 1: Role of the Receptionist
Covers key duties, values, and the importance of first impressions both online and in-person. Participants reflect on positive traits through chat prompts.
Module 2: Communication Essentials
Discusses verbal/non-verbal communication, phone/email etiquette, and active listening.
Module 3: Handling Inquiries and Difficult Situations
Participants roleplay how to deal with angry or confused guests, practicing calm and solution-based responses. Scenarios are shared and debriefed.
Module 4: Time and Task Management
Focuses on prioritization and multitasking in busy front desk scenarios. Participants complete a task-ordering challenge and share time management insights. Module
5: Professionalism, Ethics & Confidentiality
Explores discretion, ethical decision-making, and staying composed under pressure. An interactive activity asks participants to respond to dilemmas.
