Module 1: Who’s in the Room? Understanding Generational Profiles
You can’t manage what you don’t understand. This session explores the values, communication styles, work ethics, and motivators of four key generations: Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. Participants will identify generational blind spots and start seeing differences as strengths, not problems.
Module 2: Avoiding the Stereotype Trap
Assumptions kill collaboration. Awareness builds trust. Learn to spot and avoid harmful generational stereotypes that affect morale and productivity. This module offers inclusive communication techniques to reduce friction and promote mutual respect in a diverse workplace.
Module 3: Motivation by Generation—What Drives Performance
